Oregon Tradeswomen: "Build With Us"
Building an event brand around an industry mainstay.
For this year's Oregon Tradewomen "Build With Us" fundraiser, I worked to create a style build around a single motif—NFPA 704, also known as the "Safety Square". This was the result of drafts and iteration done with Nami Bigos on their team, who I worked with to develop this idea into a comprehensive event style. NFPA 704 is seen everywhere in the trades, denoting the composition and risks of hazardous materials, and was instantly grasped as a motif by the audience. For this event in particular, fostering camaraderie in the trades and enthusiasm for the work of Oregon Tradeswomen was a priority, and the style we built around this motif was a success.
